Overview

slncky is a tool that filters a high-quality set of lncRNA from reconstructed RNA-seq data and searches for conserved lncRNAs using a sensitive noncoding aligning method.

For our catalog of conserved lncRNAs from our analysis of current lncRNA annotations, please visit the slncky Evolution Browser.

slncky was developed as a collaboration between the Garber Lab at UMass Medical and the Regev Lab at the Broad Institute.
